Imagine a grapefruit that has some orange and lemon hints, sweet but tangy at the same time. They are basically a sweeter and lighter grapefruit without the bitterness of its cousin. Just remove the rind, which is pretty thick, and eat the flesh inside. You can also use pomelos in juices, salsas, marinades, or even jams. It’s definitely a treat!
