When it comes to flavor, these little berries have a tangy combination of pineapple with mango notes with a hint of tartness and a citrusy finish. It's getting harder to describe these things so we recommend you try them for yourselves!

Love this fruit and its flavor. They stay fresh in refrigerator for a long time after first peeling "paper" and rinsing. Tropical Fruit Box has great customer service if there are any problems.

These Golden Berries are sweet and juicy. When the husk is removed, the fruit is a bit sticky and needs to be washed before eating. Great fresh or for making jam.

I just placed my second order of ground cherries (Gooseberries) from Tropical Fruit Box. I love the small, local varieties of ground cherries we have up north, but this tropical variety is a refreshing change from northern fruit and has a different flavor -- this is a citrusy, mango, tangy flavor that really "pops" in your mouth! I love eating these as a snack or adding them to my salads. I also cooked them with fish and ginger ... they are a really delicious, exotic snack and last a long time in the fridge. While they are not cheap, I am hoping to get my pink pineapple with this order. I am thrilled to have found this company and tropical fruits that you do not see in any northern grocery store. A great treat and a delicious luxury to help get me through this pandemic.

i didnt really get the taste but my office staff went crazy over them , maybe chilled in martini but they went in 2 days and theres a lot in case one thing for sure you get your moneys worth
