Resolutions may include a replacement, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund on a case-by-case basis.

If your fruit arrives damaged due to shipping issues, delays, or any other concerns, our Arrive Fresh Guarantee has you covered. Freshness Guarantee
We go the extra mile to ensure our produce is fresh. If, for any reason, your fruit does not meet your expectations in terms of quality and freshness, simply contact us. Although our products are perishable, we stand by our responsibility to provide a top-quality experience.
Reasons Not Covered Under Our Refund Policy:
-Incorrect Address Provided or Refusal of Delivery: Refunds are not available for orders where the address provided was incorrect or delivery was refused.
- Failure to Retrieve Order on the Guaranteed Delivery Date: If produce spoils due to delayed retrieval on your part, refunds are not covered.
