Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we do offer refunds and replacements under specific circumstances to ensure your satisfaction.

Covered Reasons:

  • Damaged Fruits or Roots: If your items arrive damaged, even due to carrier mishandling, we’ll make it right.
  • Late Delivery or Improper Handling by Carrier (UPS/FedEx): If your produce spoils or is damaged due to these issues, we’re here to help.
  • Missing Items from Your Box: If something is missing from your order, let us know!

Please report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@tropicalfruitbox.com with a photo or by chatting with our customer engagement representative on our website. Resolutions may include a replacement, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund on a case-by-case basis.

Arrive Fresh Guarantee

If your fruit arrives damaged due to shipping issues, delays, or any other concerns, our Arrive Fresh Guarantee has you covered. Reach out to us by phone, email, or chat as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of it. We stand by this promise because we believe in offering good old-fashioned customer service.

Freshness Guarantee
We go the extra mile to ensure our produce is fresh. If, for any reason, your fruit does not meet your expectations in terms of quality and freshness, simply contact us. Although our products are perishable, we stand by our responsibility to provide a top-quality experience.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time up to 2 days prior to the shipping date. If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us 2 days in advance to ensure your order is correctly processed.

Reasons Not Covered Under Our Refund Policy:
-Incorrect Address Provided or Refusal of Delivery: Refunds are not available for orders where the address provided was incorrect or delivery was refused.
- Failure to Retrieve Order on the Guaranteed Delivery Date: If produce spoils due to delayed retrieval on your part, refunds are not covered.
