This is by far the largest citrus with an amazing taste. What does it taste like?Imagine a grapefruit that has some orange and lemon hints, sweet but tangy at the same time. They are basically a sweeter and lighter grapefruit without the bitterness of its cousin. Just remove the rind, which is pretty thick, and eat the flesh inside.
