A FAB CHEF COLLAB

Chef Tatiana Rosana

A first-generation Cuban- American, Chef Tatiana Rosana grew up in Miami in a traditional Cuban family where food always took center stage. It is these traditions that pushed Chef Tatiana to pursue a career in the culinary industry and graduate from Le Cordon Bleu. Today, Chef Tatiana heads Boston’s Outlook Kitchen, Lookout Rooftop and Bar as well as The Envoy Hotel’s in-room dining as the Executive Chef. Inspired by her wife’s Korean heritage, her own Cuban background, French training and New England experience, Chef Rosana is guided by her curiosity and openness to new cuisines. Since joining the team at The Envoy Hotel, she has competed on The Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped and Chopped Champions winning twice and earning the title of two-time Chopped Champion. When she’s not in the kitchen, she is sharing her dishes on her Instagram (@chef.tatiana), and spending time with her wife and son.

PREVIEW OF RECIPES FEATURED IN THE BOX

Cachucha Pepper Jelly

Pepper jelly makes for the perfect holiday gift idea! Not only are the colors festive, but the flavors really pop! It's perfect served over cream cheese with crackers for a delicious appetizer during any holiday party.

Grilled Breakfast Avocado

Avocados are one of my FAVORITE ingredients and I love finding new and interesting ways to serve them. I eat them mostly for breakfast and thought what better way to serve them than as a vessel for perfectly runny eggs. The best part is, if runny eggs are not your thing, cook a little longer until they’re set!

Sugarcane Dark & Stormy

A play on the Dark n’ Stormy cocktail, the Tropical Storm is the perfect cocktail for the holidays. Featuring dark rum and ginger beer, this cocktail gets an extra depth of flavor from muddling torched sugar cane and adding a dash of maple syrup for extra holiday cheer.
